We were the customer first.  We’ve lived the distance.  We’ve lived the frustration.  
We’ve lived the fear of phone calls that start with: “Yuh see wah happen now?”

Our journey started in the United Kingdom, then a move to Canada, before settling in the US all while managing residential, commercial and rural properties.  The distance taught us that the biggest challenge wasn’t money or fear of repairs.  It was trust.  We just needed someone reliable to look, check, document, and act with fairness, no exaggeration, no cover-ups, no runaround.  Criss was born from that need.

We are Jamaicans who understand Jamaica — the culture, the urgency, the expectations, the pride, and the stress of trying to protect a home from far away.

We took our experience from:
